My Approach

I created Grind to Growth Therapy to support adults who are tired of surviving on autopilot and ready to understand the deeper “why” behind their anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and burnout. Many of my clients appear high-functioning—juggling work, parenting, and relationships—but internally feel disconnected, anxious, or weighed down by patterns they can’t quite explain.

What often emerges is a familiar root: unresolved childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or early experiences of being “the responsible one.” I know this pattern well—not just as a therapist, but as someone who’s walked that healing path personally. That lived experience shapes my belief in the power of insight, compassion, and intentional change.

I work with adults ages 21–65 who are navigating:

  • Chronic anxiety and self-doubt

  • The invisible weight of childhood wounds

  • People-pleasing and perfectionism

  • Emotionally immature parents or strained family dynamics

  • Life transitions like parenting, identity shifts, or starting over

  • A desire to break generational cycles and build emotional safety

 

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I use evidence-based modalities like ACT, DBT, CBT, and attachment-based therapy, tailored to help you untangle what’s been wired in survival—and build a life that feels safe, meaningful, and yours.

Sessions are offered virtually to fit your real life. Support groups for parents and cycle-breakers are coming soon.

When I’m not in session, I’m hiking, writing, or spending time with my pets. I’ve authored I Think I Love My Life—a guided mental health journal for moms navigating overwhelm, available on Amazon.
