My Approach
I created Grind to Growth Therapy to support people through life’s biggest transitions, especially the messy, emotional ones that often come with parenthood.
​
After having my daughter, I was overwhelmed and surprised by how little support existed for new parents. That experience lit a fire in me to become the kind of therapist I needed — someone who listens without judgment, challenges gently, and helps you find strength in the chaos.
​
I work with adults (21–65), especially parents and moms, navigating anxiety, life changes, relationship struggles, and emotional burnout. I use evidence-based approaches like ACT, CBT, DBT, Attachment Therapy, and trauma-informed care, always through a supportive, strengths-based lens. I also specialize in perinatal mental health.
​
My approach is warm and collaborative. I won’t ask you to suppress your emotions — I’ll help you understand and work through them, so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.

Therapy is offered remotely to fit into busy lives, and virtual support groups for parents are coming soon. If you're interested, let’s connect.

When I’m not in session, I’m hiking, writing, or spending time with my pets. I’ve authored several books, including "I Think I Love My Life", a mental health journal for moms, available on Amazon.
